Step 1
Wash, peel, quarter and core the
Apples (6)

Step 2
Heat up the
Water (100 mL)
and
Granulated Sugar (200 g)
in a saucepan and simmer until the mixture begins to caramelize. Pour the caramel directly on to the round baking tray and leave to harden.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 °C Hot air humid.
Step 4
Arrange the apple on the caramel, cut-side up. Lay the
Mürbeteig (1)
loosely over the apples, use the overlapping pastry to form the sides, and prick the top all over with a fork.
Step 5
Put the tarte tatin on to the baking tray in the preheated cooking space. Bake.
Step 7
Put the Tarte Tatin onto the baking tray in the preheated cooking space, and bake at 180 °C Hot air humid for 35 Minutes.
Step 8
Let the Tart Tatin stand briefly after baking so that the caramel can set. Turn the Tarte Tatin out onto a plate or large platter.
