Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Bacon (455 g) til crispy. Flip after about 4 minutes so both sides have a chance to crisp up.
Step 2
Transfer the bacon to a plate and cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, dice the bacon.
Step 3
In the same skillet over medium-high heat, add the Butter (15 g) . Add the Hackfleisch (455 g) and season with Salt (to taste) and Pfeffer (to taste) . Stir occasionally, breaking the beef chunks apart. Brown for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Once the meat is browned, drain the fat and mix in the chopped bacon.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with the Butter (15 g) .
Step 6
Spoon the meat-and-bacon mixture into the baking dish as a first layer.
Step 7
In a medium bowl, mix together the Rahm (120 mL) , Eggs (4) , and half of the Käses (85 g) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Pfeffer (to taste) . Pour over the meat. Top with the remaining half of the cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Take it out of the oven and enjoy!
