Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 480 degrees F (250 degrees C).
Step 2
Grab the Extra Firm Tofu (225 g) and cut it in half lengthwise, pat it down with paper towels, pushing down with force to remove any liquid it contains.
Step 3
Cut the tofu into 3/4 inch cubes and add to a bowl.
Step 4
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) , Spanish Smoked Sweet Paprika (1 g) , Garlic Powder (2 g) , Onion Powder (1 g) , Sea Salt (3 g) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed) to the tofu. Toss together until well combined.
Step 5
Add the tofu to a baking tray lined with foil paper, make sure all the cubes of tofu are in a single layer. Bake for 15 mintues in preheated oven.
Step 6
Chop the Fresh Parsley (6 g) .
Step 7
Add tofu to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy!
