We have integrated a free and even more personalized meal plan. The new meal plan offers especially busy people a great tool to plan meals efficiently and stress-free. But the meal plan is also great for people who like to discover and try new things, as it can automatically generate menu suggestions. Save time and money with a weekly planning and discover new meals at the same time, all this is possible with the new V-Kitchen meal plan.

How do I use the V-Kitchen meal plan?

1. Personalize your meal plan

Choose the number of days and the number of people you want to cook for. By choosing your main goal, you can also specify whether it should be fast, as cheap as possible or healthy.
Tip: The selection can be updated at any time, because we know that life is constantly changing.

2. Choose your preferences and allergies

Do you eat a vegetarian diet? Do you want to try a keto plan for a week? Do you have a nut allergy or just don't like cilantro (we know you either love it or hate it)? Choose your preferences and get a menu week plan tailored for you or your family

3. Check the generated meal plan

Ta-da! Your very own meal plan was created with recipes from our cooking experts! We've optimized the recipes for your week to make sure you have as much variation as possible.

4. Drag and drop the recipes to any day of the week.

If you like the suggested recipe but want to cook it on a different day, you can simply drag the recipe to another day within the week. To do this, you need to press on the particular recipe for about 1 second, and then you can move it to the desired day.

5. Add more delicious recipes

You can add new recipes for each day from a variety of recipes. Just search for recipes in our database and add the one you want to your meal plan.

6. Quickly change recipes

Don't like a dish? You can easily remove it or let us replace it. When you press "swap", we'll add another recipe based on your preferences!

7. Add everything to the shopping cart (currently only possible in the app)

Clicking on "add everything to cart" will generate a shopping list of all the ingredients you need. Everything you need can be ordered conveniently through Farmy. Or you can use the shopping list in any grocery store, just click on the purchased ingredient, and it will automatically move to "done".
